“As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world… as in being able to remake ourselves.” – Mahatma Gandhi

Outlets For Hope, Inc. specializes in the prevention of substance use disorders. Our interdisciplinary team consists of nurses, therapists, certified addiction counselors, recovery coaches, and peer coaches. We don’t use a “one-size-fits-all” approach to advocacy and recovery. We know that everyone has different circumstances, which is why we individualize our services based on your specific recovery goals and needs.

We serve individuals on the addiction recovery journey and their family with no age restrictions.

Suicide Prevention and Trauma Informed Care

Outlets for Hope, Inc. provides suicide prevention and trauma-informed care services based on a comprehensive model that includes support for family members and relatives of victims. Our comprehensive approach spans across overdose prevention community outreach to training and clinical skill-acquisitions for those people working on the field and assisting people to gain entry in treatment (including Recovery coaches and Peer coaches providing them with a full spectrum understanding of the effects of the substance and effects of overdose).

Family Involvement

Outlets for Hope, Inc. advocates for family involvement in the treatment of their loved ones. Families are typically not engaged in treatment for their loved ones mainly due to certain laws that may be preventing providers from thinking they can be. We work with and through ATS, CSS, TSS, and recovery homes, to educate and advocate for family and/or support system involvement. We believe this awareness and family participation can be the saving grace for some people in the grips of addiction.

Addiction Consulting Service

Every patient differs from the next, which is why we offer consulting services to determine the appropriate course of services for every individual. Our counselors are ready to listen to your situation and figure out the best path for your recovery. We encourage you to set an appointment with us whether the recovery program is for yourself or a family member who is seeking help.

Outlets for Hope, Inc. promotes  patient involvement in care planning, facilitates community/stakeholder participation and networking, champions the adoption of best-practice models and holistic care approach in addiction advocacy, behavioral health services, human services, and the pursuit of quality and best possible outcome in healthcare and social services. We work to create “outlets for expression” for individuals on the addiction recovery journey and their family to explore human potentials, and to focus on their strength rather than on their weaknesses.
