About Outlets For Hope, Inc.

Outlets For Hope, Inc. purpose is to advance the utilization of a comprehensive service approach that is built on nursing practice interventions and evidence-based practices in addressing addiction from prevention-based community outreach to clinical interventions and after-care stabilization wrap-around services. We provide Psychotherapy (Individual & Group), Outpatient Psychiatry, Medication Management, Case Management and Family/Social services.

Outlets For Hope, Inc. was established by a group of nurses and clinicians who have lost loved ones due to substance use and behavioral health illnesses. They decided to put their skill sets and experience in practice in order to help people suffering from substance use disorders and behavioral health crises.

Our Objective

The larger scope of the objectives of Outlets for Hope, Inc. is to support human capital development, mitigate socio-economic disparity, promote social welfare, advance the concepts of social entrepreneurship and human development, facilitate cross-cultural integration, and offer a glimmer of hope to the hopeless.
